Pingry Alumni Association and Pingry Technology would like to welcome you to our new e-mail system exclusively for Pingry Alumni.

Our goal is to give everyone that have graduated from The Pingry School an email account for as long as they wish to help foster their continued active involvement in the Pingry community.
   
 

How do I get an email account?

If you graduated from Pingry with the Class of 2011, you can sign-up online. You will be asked for your old Pingry network/email credentials. Once you have successfully logged in, the contents of your inbox will be moved automatically to the Pingry Alumni e-mail system.

If you graduated from Pingry before 2011, please contact the Office of Alumni & Development at 800.994.ALUM or ktinson@pingry.org. We will be happy to setup an account for you.

   
 

How do I access my account?

Web browser
You may use any modern web browser (Apple Safari, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) to access your email account. Simply point your web browser to http://alumni.pingry.org/webmail/ or follow the link on the top of this page.

Desktop e-mail client software
Configure your POP3 or IMAP mail client to use the following settings:

Your name   as you would like it to appear on outgoing e-mail
Your e-mail address   username@alumni.pingry.org
Server type   POP or IMAP
Incoming mail server   mail.alumni.pingry.org
Outgoing (SMTP) mail server   mail.alumni.pingry.org
Your e-mail address   username@alumni.pingry.org

 
   
 

How may I use my email account?

The use of your email account is entirely up to you. However, we ask that you remember to use the Pingry Honor Code as a guide for what is acceptable. We also have an small list of rules that all users must follow. The Acceptable Use Policy will give you all of the details.
